STACK — internal profit dashboard

STACK is the internal reporting dashboard of James & Ivy London. It is not a public product and is not distributed to anyone else. It is used by the owner of this business to see what the store actually keeps after costs.

What it does

STACK combines four things into one daily figure: revenue and orders from our Shopify store, the purchase and shipping cost of every product sold, the transaction fees our payment provider charges, and the money we spend on advertising. From those it calculates net profit, margin and ROAS per day and per month.

What it reads from Pinterest

STACK reads the daily advertising spend of our own Pinterest ad account, once per day, using the Pinterest API v5 endpoints /v5/ad_accounts and /v5/ad_accounts/{ad_account_id}/analytics.

The only permission requested is ads:read. STACK never creates, edits or deletes anything on Pinterest. It does not read pins or boards. It does not access any account other than our own, and it does not act on behalf of other users.

What happens to the data

The advertising totals are stored in our own private database and are visible only to the owner of this business. Nothing is shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising or profiling. Access tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time from the Pinterest account settings.
